China rejects the purchase of Blizzard Activision by Microsoft

Although many already assume the purchase of Blizzard Activision by Microsoft, multiple world organisms are still debating this issue. Some have already approved this acquisition, but others still do not end this process. However, today it has been announced that China has already made a decision, and it is not positive.

According to the Chinese antitrust firm, the State Administration for Market Regulation, or SAME) was rejected the acquisition of Blizzard Activision by Microsoft. This information comes directly from investors, who have indicated that a couple of reports in this regard have begun to circulate in recent hours.

The regulator has not yet made an official announcement, nor are the laws that based the rejection of the application know. However, it is important to mention that this decision was made a few hours after the announcement that Activision Blizzard will leave China.

At the moment, the purchase of Activision Blizzard still faces a review by the United States and the European Union. The latter is in the process of a thorough review, especially considering the possibility that Call of Duty becomes an exclusive Xbox.

In related issues, report indicates that Google paid Activision not to create your own mobile store. Similarly, Bobby Kick has been sued once more.
